(December 14, 2017, 10:00 am)I noticed I received two separate overdraft fees of $27.00 each due to a very minor mistake on my behalf. I spoke with Nicole over the phone and she was able to listen and fix the concern all within 4 minutes of talking to her. The attitude was polite and the service was great. Great Customer service.
