  There is no one more professional in this city then Richard. He is your go-to guy for any computer work. He constantly gives 100% and always follows through on his word. He is the exact person you want to be handling your electronics. Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. There isn't a single person I would recommend over him. 5 stars.

  I love them they do a great job. They are very friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. Unbelievable computer knowledge & support! Call them - they WILL help you!!

  My experience with Novell Consulting has been outstanding. Over the last couple years Novell has assisted our church and our child development center with excellent trouble shooting and relatively quick repairs of our computer equipment and network. Rich Novell is very efficient and operates with a sense of determination in fixing and repairing equipment and software. Novell is very knowledgeable. Not only that they listen to you explain your problem to be sure the work solves the problem. Also Novell is very friendly and respects your time. I have recommended Novell to others and they are happy too.

  • Richard is an expert in computer repair. He SAVED my computer. Richard is a professional and polite individual to work with. He had my computer back to me within 24 hours and even picked up and dropped off. Keeping me informed about all the issues made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Richard for any computer issues, he is excellent in all computer applications.

  I would recommend Novell Consulting to anyone who is looking for computer support. They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have had previous computer support, but they did not measure up to the standards of Novell Consulting. We call them every time we have issues and we are always satisfied. Thanks for all your help!
