YOU have to try 44 fitness.I have been working out most of my life always expecting to be fit and why not! loose some extra pounds.but i found most of the other gyms quite of boring and not motivation at all. until i found this please. I have been working out at 44 fitness since 2010 and I can tell you the motivation that you find on the trainers and the group is amazing i have run 2 marathons since I joined 44, fitness, the level of energy from my work outs makes my days easier and happiest!
