“Dr. Thomas has been a god-send with our children for 3.5 years. We were lucky to get a spot in her practice when we moved from IL. She respects and nurtures the breastfeeding relationship between mother and child, and isn't nagging parents to wean unnecessarily or supplement for all sorts of imagined reasons. She's laid back and reassuring. She's knowledgable and confident, and provides evidence to back her advice. She sees human beings, not charts and tests. I have had a couple of times where appointments were canceled last-minute, as I was in the parking lot, because she was ill, but I give grace. Things happen. I have a physician for my children who sees them as little humans, and I extend the same reverence to her. As far as wait times, sometimes we've had to wait a long time when we really need to get in to be seen for some urgent reason, and I'm willing to wait rather than take my child to urgent care or an ER to see a stranger who probably isn't even a pediatrician. I've learned that Dr. Jen's office is somewhat like the airport. If you want your flight to be on schedule, you book the earliest flight. That said, the wait times have seemed to improve lately. I have an OB I love who I have to sometimes wait over an hour to see, and I will continue to do so because he's that worth it. It's all in what you're after. The quality of pediatrician and human is what I'm after.”

“My mother was suffering from pain in her knee and hips for over a year. After several misdiagnoses and unnecessary steroid injections into the wrong area we decided to see Dr. Ahuja. Almost immediately he diagnosed the issue to a couple of discs in her lower back. With PT, an injection to the proper area and proper medication, she feels the best she’s felt in over a year. “I enjoyed my experience at Innovative Fitness. I met some very nice people. The parking lot could be especially busy, and still the therapy pool was never overcrowded. The water was always nice and warm. My only issue, and this was personal, was the distance I had to travel to get there. And, this was only a problem because I was concerned about my older car. Wish there was a center like Innovative closer to the city. I'll miss my time there.”
