Overall, our experience was everything we wanted and more. We are so grateful that the crew was able to come out before the weather got worse, he was very fairly priced (actually the best quote we got!) and the quality of exceeded our expectations. John gave us his best recommendation on what we should do about our roof without cutting corners, communicated with us efficiently throughout the project, and the crew worked so hard...and it shows! “Whoa, reading some harsh reviews. My insurance also goes through CVS. There is one pharmacy tech that is kinda rude but I think she doesn't even realize it. Recently I was waiting in line with 2 people off to the side clearly waiting for scripts to be filled. I was the only one at the counter. Instead of helping me or even addressing me to say I'll be right with you she just ignored me and then when she had one of those scripts ready she came to the register and acted like I had cut in line or something. It was weird. That type of awkward scenario has happened several times with that individual but everyone else I've dealt with at this CVS has been nice and courteous. The couple Pharmacists I've dealt with have been good. And they fill my scripts fast. Don't be deterred by the other bad reviews. This location isn't perfect but they certainly aren't that bad and I feel just fine about getting all my prescriptions filled here.”

“Jim and Edwin are really great at what they do! Very patient and helpful. I understand this is new management. I was never at the Franklin store prior to the change in management so I have nothing to compare with. Edwin has been taking care of us. Very courteous and helpful to my special needs daughter and myself. I would say he even goes out of his way to offer little incentives to make my whole experience better. Jim has helped me numerous times when he worked at the Oak Creek store. He is fantastic! Always VERY HELPFUL! I HIGHLY recommend these two guys!”
