I usually don’t write reviews unless the service was great or poor; in this case, my service was excellent! I actually had reservations at a motel in the area but when I arrived, I was told my reservations were for a different day but yet when I completed the reservation online, I had to put in my card number and I had a confirmation! I was agitated. I then went over to La Quinta and the African American guy at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and he definitely exceeded my expectations! I was very professional, warm, caring, polite and he worked very fast to check my in. The first room is was assigned to, smelled like very strong cigarettes so I immediately let the guy know and he quickly transferred me to another room that was so much better! The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable (I didn’t even want to get up the next morning lol), there were enough supplies. The guy even called up to the new room I was transferred to, to ensure that the room is acceptable for me! The guy who assisted me was extremely helpful and I would definitely return to La Quinta Glendale in the future! The only negative thing, is that the room amount was pretty high since I was there for 7-7.5 hours! Other than the room amount, I was very satisfied! Thank you La Quinta!

(May 18, 2020, 4:08 pm)Amazingly the place was clean and from what I can remember I had a great time.....the only problem I had which was my fault was the rocks along the driveway.....I was drunk and I hit several of them after bar time....oh well.....
