She is so knowledgeable, personable, professional & friendly & really wants you to have the perfect experience & find exactly what you are truly looking for. Initially, I had reached out to the jewelers via the online chat explaining what we were looking to do, I believe it was less than a day for her to respond. We were upgrading the center stone in my engagement ring and found exactly what we wanted at Robert Haack Diamond Importers.
The diamond we chose was then crafted into the mounting so beautifully, all we could say was Wow!!! I am so "Over the Moon" with my new ring.

I tried Husars Diamonds first, but was met over the phone with someone not really knowledgeable and not able to give me a good variety of options over the phone. Then I tried Robert Hack and the experience was 100% different. Leslie answered the phone and had amazing customer service, knowledge & understood I had a budget and shared options right over the phone to the point that it motivated me to literally go there that day and find our diamond! Leslie was ready for me and within 15 minutes found the perfect diamond within my budget! She went above and beyond to help me with all my questions, including figuring out a better place to insure my diamond, as I wasn’t satisfied with my current agency. When I came back a week later to pick up the diamond, Leslie, greeted me like I was her only customer! She even introduced me to the owner, who is there, and we had a great conversation about business, since we are both business owners.
