  Charlie is a great guy who truly cares about his clients. Insurance has always been just another bill I pay but after I met my agent I knew he had my best interests at heart with both price and coverages. American Family is lucky to have him as an agent

  I came into the office ( no appointment) to obtain a quote to bundle my parents auto policy with a new homeowners policy. Can’t say enough good things about Jonetta’s responsiveness, as she took time to answer all of my questions and was super nice and very professional. She emailed me and also called the same day to coordinate after we made the decision to proceed with the policy. Jonetta and her team are very good to work with. I’d highly recommend her and American Family to anyone! Great customer service.

  I recently transferred my home, auto and life insurance policies over to American Family from another agency. Charlie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during this process. I was expecting the process to be cumbersome and time consuming but It was a seamless transition. I’d highly recommend this group.
