(March 11, 2019, 6:32 pm)I really loved American Colony Apartments! The grounds were kept super clean, snow was plowed every chance! The management was always super helpful with me and maintenance orders were usually fulfilled within a week of me calling. There was a problem when I first moved in with the AC not working, but the management was kind enough to lend me multiple air conditioning units until it was fixed and helped pay for the WE Energies bill that was high after running all of them! I've been living here for just over a year and haven't had any problem with bed bugs as other reviews suggest, although I do keep my apartment fairly clean!

(March 29, 2018, 4:29 pm)I loved living at American Colony. The grounds were always clean, the office staff was always helpful and my apartment the perfect size. It was quiet and had all the amenities I was looking for. Had I not bought my house I would still be living there.

(February 13, 2017, 5:28 pm)Just recently moved in and everything is gutted out and updated! Updated eeevvverryything so it's very unfortunate for the people who moved in before the upgrade because i think it's perfect and very spacious. Pet friendly and more improvements coming soon (:
