After having difficulty with finding a competent local representative from our previous home/auto insurance company, we were referred to the Starr group. They review rates from a number of highly rated insurance companies and find the best rates and the best coverage. Marco was a pleasure to work with as he advised us on the differences in coverage from what we had back in Iowa and where we needed to tweak our coverage to make sure we were adequately covered in Wisconsin. He was able to find us a company that provided more coverage for both home and auto, but got cheaper than the other quote we had. He made the transition very easy and quick, and made sure we had a smooth closing process on our new house. I would recommend anyone in need of new insurance to chat with Marco.

(February 9, 2019, 12:18 pm)Im not sure the other reviewer has the right agency because Starr has never called us on a marketing basis! I dont think they do that because they are not an insurance co - they are a group that helps people with all types of insurance needs and managing those needs together. We have been with the Starr group for many many years and have had a great relationship with them! You dont have to talk to someone dif every time you call - just your rep, and they have saved us $ many times with the knowledge they have about ins!
