(February 23, 2019, 4:24 pm)cheap apts; good if thats what youre looking for. Has a nice pool. They recently started taking HUD so its a crapshoot regarding who your neighbors will be. The good thing, if youre not a HUD qualifier, is it should help you negotiate the price of your lease downward.
and as a side note: HC main street , hwy 100, is tore up pretty badly now (and for the next year or two) so it makes all business needed to be done around hwy difficult. so these apts being on Forest Home offers you a few slight advantages , and being on the east side of that hwy 100 traffic mess means you can at the least use stuff on the east side with little inconvenience.
