  In one word--Stellar!! The Ambassador Inn Hotel was such an EXCEPTIONAL CHOICE to reserve for my husband on his birthday trip home. I am an active duty USAF member currently deployed and was unable to celebrate with my husband on his birthday. I orchestrated a Surprise Scavenger Hunt for him that led him to a variety of places, activities, and gifts just to show him how much I love and respect him. Without hesitation, Hotel Manager, Kasandra Mercado and her staff worked with me, becoming the final Birthday Messengers to the Grand Finale--The Milwaukee Bucks game. Not only were they AMAZING in their new task as "Birthday Scavenger Surprise Messenger," my husband was thoroughly impressed with the sophisticated yet vintage style and decor and the clean and serene ambiance of his room. His words were and I quote: "I was out like a light!" You may not know this, but Ramon is a very particular breed when it comes to hotels, so for him to "go out like a light," you are definitely "WINNING!"
  
  Thank you so much Ambassador Inn Hotel, for making my husband's Birthday finale a success! Please note, that whenever I return to "The Mill," I will surely be staying there!

  Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The atmosphere is relaxing. The decor has this neat art deco twist with great Gatsby feel. Location is perfect to go downtown and they also provide shuttle services to get there. They have an elegant restaurant across the street at the sister location along with a bar. OH and a coffee shop too. Nice location and easy to navigate around this area.

  We enjoyed our stay! The shuttle service is excellent! They took us to the State Fair twice, very convenient for the four of us. Very friendly staff at the Inn and Hotel across the street!
