  A treasure in Bay View! Kathy Howell's business Bodies in Motion is located here. Kathy is the best physical therapist in the city! She has helped me recover from several surgeries quickly and with care.
  
  Delaware House also has a beautiful dance studio with lessons for all abilities, private personal training, clinical skin care treatments and many other holistic treatments that are available. I've used several of these services and love them all!

  Love coming here for Salsa lessons! Betsy and Matt are a great team/couple and very easy to follow their instructions. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I have been taking ballroom dance lessons from Melissa and Martin for quite a few years and they are just wonderful. The entire building offers a wide variety of holistic and standard treatments for the body, mind and spirit.

  I got hooked on salsa dancing after attending one of the First Friday Salsa Socials. I started taking classes with Matt and Betsy soon after, and have been visiting the Delaware House on a weekly basis for classes ever since! It's a very clean, open, and well maintained facility with a wide variety of services. I come up from Racine each week, and I know of others who come from out of town as well to take advantage of all the Delaware House has to offer. I highly recommend checking it out!
