(February 14, 2019, 4:36 pm)I've been going to Rich's auto since I got my first car. My sister too. They are really honest, up front, and down to earth. And since I live about 5 minutes away, Rich always offers to have someone give me a ride home. The prices are very fair, and much cheaper than one of the franchise places. I once left Midas with a problem (got even worse after they looked at it and I said I wanted a second opinion), and took it right down to Rich who fixed it at a fraction of the price. They stick to their time lines and price ranges, and ALWAYS confirm the price with me beforehand. I'll be going to this shop for a long time. I only wish they had more space inside for when it is busy (usually on Fridays).
