  I purchased a vehicle from Sunset Ford. Overall, I had an excellent experience. The salesmen and finance guy were great to work with and made the process easy and quick. Actually, I'd given up looking for the car I wanted. But, Joe, my salesmen kept a watchful eye and gave me a call right away when one came in. I can't thank Joe enough for that. And, now, I'm a happy Ford owner.
  Bottom line: Sunset Ford of Waterloo is a great place with good ppl and good facilities.

  Went with my daughter to look at a 2015 focus. Had a great experience. Reasonable, no b.s. just to the point and had easy negotiating and received a free fob and oil change. Had the car a couple weeks everything seems good so far!

  When recently hearing noice in my wheels, I took it to Sunset to get checked out. Kelly in the service department was very kind and got the car in right away and looked at. Not only did they fix the problem but it was covered under warranty! My sales guy Kyle even stopped by to apologize for the inconvenience while I waited. Five star service!

  My experience with Sunset Ford in Waterloo, IL was absolutely amazing!! From the minute I entered the building until the end of the new car buying experience, I felt like I was the only customer in the building. My salesman Joe Hill (hope the last name is correct) was outstanding. He kept me informed of where we were in the process of completing the transaction, made sure i was comfortable and provided me with education and functionality of my new purchase! I highly recommend others to visit Sunset Ford in Waterloo!!

  Had to take our 2015 Ford Explorer in on a recall notice. Had an appointment set up and the issue was completed and picked up the vehicle. Great service, customer shuttle to home & back, and review of issue & vehicle were great also.
