  Set up with schedule your appointment online and wait in waiting room was good. I did enjoy not being surrounded by tons of people that are sick.
  The Doc I saw was very kind and attentive. I give her a 10! Very nice and laid back! The ladies upfront seemed stressed and impatient with any sort of interruption. Sorta high stressed in that area but overall it was quick, painless, and a good visit. Might be visiting again soon since my problem the Doc and I both thought was the problem isn't since I'm not any better.

  After suffering from an annoying cough and feeling feverish for a few days, I decided I needed medical attention so my wife made an appointment through Banner Health’s website.
  
  When I got there I was checked in and within less than 10 minutes a polite young man a medical assistant took my vitals and asked me about why I was there today. He then inputs everything into his computer with all my complaints. A few minutes later, a nurse practitioner named Diana went over my complaints and she then proceeded to check my lungs. She recommended that I get a lung X-ray. The same young man who checked me in earlier then led me to the X-ray room and took a lung X-ray. I then came back to the room were I was seen earlier with the nurse practitioner.
  
  A few minutes went by and two nurse practitioners came into the room. I was told that I had pneumonia on the right side of my lungs and they were prescribing 4 different medications. Diana the nurse practitioner checked my lungs one more time and they asked me if I had any questions. I did asked a few questions and they answered the best and as thorough as they can. I left there with a feeling that once I start taking the medications they prescribed that I will get better.
  
  Overall my experience I felt that from the start to finish everyone did their jobs well and I was there less than an hour. Most efficient experience ever..

  The door was promptly unlocked and opened at 8am and I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly young lady. Shortly afterward she took my photo id and insurance card and processed it. Within a few minutes Abby greeted me, took me to exam room and gave me a covid test and sent me on my way. Quick, painless and efficient.

  Great location with thorough and efficient staff. The office is clean and staff is clear and communicative of expectations and requirements and efficient in executing efficient and complete care in times of COVID-19. You can select your time online and while you will still wait a bit, you certainly won’t be sitting around for the dreaded 2 plus hour wait that often comes along with urgent care visits. Good place!

  I scheduled an online appointment, and they were very efficient. Not much wait time to be seen. Both of the “Dan’s” were great. :-) They both provided great information, and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely come back here for any future urgent care needs.
