I like the place it is nice
Catherine is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to yoga. She is a fascinating woman, and a great teacher.
Ever since I landed on Catherine's doorstep I have been traveling an incredible and beautiful path of healing.
Catherine taught me how to keep daily stresses and worries of the world in check.
She helped me ground myself.
When I began yoga with Catherine in March of 1999, my goal was to keep my body flexible and strong and my mind
focused. I continue coming to class because my goal continues to be reinforced and this brings me joy!
Catherine has an incredible ability to understand individual student needs and integrate the posture work in to the
structure of the class.
For me, yoga has been life-long journey towards emotional and physical balance. Yoga also has given me
flexibility in through and body as well as friendship. The end results are well worth the time and effort of daily
practice.
