(August 23, 2019, 8:29 am)I am not sure if they have new management or new staff but I didn't experience the complaints other guest expressed. The room and common areas were clean a d well maintained. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly one of the best hotel foods I've had in a long time and all the staff were efficient and friendly. If I ever get stuck in Milwaukee airport again, this hotel will be my first choice.

Only complaints are the long hallway design and lack of nearby and well lit parking. I had to park down the hill and the street lights weren't on so had to lug my stuff up the hill in the dark as none of the doors in were unlocked. Main entrance is on top of the hill and the only place that is open at night.
Otherwise the room and amenities were excellent and I enjoyed my stay for the wedding I was attending.
