We don't clean gutters we are a painting co. Steve guy and one other guy. Never heard of them. Must be thinking of a different co. There are several master painting companies i think people should have information straight before going and writing reviews on any Company. But it s all fine we are truly proud of our customer base we have achieved over 30 yrs. We are doing great. Thanks to all our loyal followers and customers. We thank you. God bless
My wife and I were in a pinch to get the interior painted on our new house (Dec 2012) and Dan was able to fit us in. His crew did an excellent job on the paint, they were very curtious and professional, and the work was done on time. His estimate was a bit high at first, but he come down to what we agreed was a reasonable amount.
There was a "miscommunication" about the paint scheme that was easily remedied, but I ended up paying for half the cost of a gallon of paint after he miscalculated the amount of paint needed. In hindsight I should have made him stick to his estimate, but I wasn't willing to argue over $11.00.
My only negative comment is that Dan should spend a little time at the work site. He wasn't even there to collect his final payment. As the boss, I feel he should have been more involved in the work I was paying HIS company to do.
I can only give him a "Very Good" rating because we had asked him to caulk all the baseboards and he only did half. He explained (after the painting was done) that he couldn't match the color in the kitchen, I feel he should have known this and explained it beforehand. We also had to call him back (which he did with no hesitation) to touch up the stairway. This is something (again) that I think he would have caught if he had been on-site a little more.
Overall I would hire him again, but I would be more diligent in making sure he honors his estimate.
