Why I liked this place is because of their receptionists are now nice and persistent with checking in for ur appointments. Their hours are okay other places close at 6pm could be adjusted. Wait times to go into the patient room is maybe 10 to 15 minutes depends on busyness that day. Wait time in the patient room is probably 10 minutes. Cleanings go quick as well as X rays too. The Dentist says u cannot do both they tell u to come back for an "Xray appointment"! Weird buta, that's their rules! The Dentist is very persistent and questions be understandable so he knows ur concerns. He cares about ur smile! :) Yes, the rooms are open so everyone can see, that's how it is they can't change that! I like the fact that they have music but, not any up to date music they play 50's alot! And I can understand that cell phones are not on while in the rooms! Or food do not bring in!
