We’ve had several less than desirable experiences over the years with various landlords/property managers — Barb was the ultimate selling point for us. She streamlined the entire process the second we met with her for a tour, she’s always on top of any request that comes her way, cares deeply about the Franklin Apartments community, and has a way of putting a smile on your face anytime you see her. We’re truly thankful that there is a property manager in the Greater Milwaukee area that truly knows how to do their job and does it better than anyone else that we’ve experienced in the last 13 years we’ve been renting.

(September 22, 2018, 11:39 am)I lived there for three years and the only reason I am leaving is because I need a bigger place. The location is great, the apt I was in had new appliances and the balcony was a great space but the thing I like best about the place is the office and grounds people. They are all wonderful. They are very helpful and always pleasant. I will miss this place very much.

(May 4, 2018, 1:43 pm)I have lived here for over a year and a half and it has been the best apartment building I have ever lived. Everyone here is very friendly and things are kept clean. I have lived in two different units and both have been well kept and maintained. The office staff have been nothing but helpful to me throughout the time I have lived here and make me and my dog feel like family. Love this place and would highly recommend living here!!
