  Such a great workout with enthusiastic and supportive trainers! Makes me work harder than I EVER would on my own, and provides a super-efficient mix of cardio and weights in an hour.

  The classes keep you on your toes without tripping you up. You'll get a workout, but won't get bored or fall behind. The staff welcomes everyone with a smiling face and newcomers with plenty of instruction (ahead of time, so you're not called out during class). It's not the cheapest option, but it's a full hour you'll enjoy and feel accomplished after. In fact, you may feel so good, you'll want to walk your fit butt to a pub and reward yourself. I mean, I'm saying some may feel so compelled.

  I LOVE Shred!! It is an incredible workout and a great place where everyone supports each other. All the trainers are amazing and extremely motivating. I always end up pushing myself more than I would have if I was on my own. I 100% recommend Shred to anyone and everyone!

  I really enjoy going to shred415. The concept is 4 blocks of 15 minutes and you switch between treadmill and floor work/ weights. I love the classes because they keep challenging you, but you go at your own pace. Every class is different, different music...you will never get bored.

  Shred 415 East Side. 45 min workout. Felt like 5 minutes. So much energy. So much fun. Doesn’t even feel like you are working out. Margo was a phenomenal instructor. Completely drenched. They also have childcare for all you power moms and dads.
