The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. My visit was very quick, I was in and out in no time. There was not a long wait time and that was very much appreciated.
I needed a full physical and a “hair follicle drug test” for aa nursing travel assignment WITHIN 48HOURS of the job offer; the girls at front desk check in explained what I needed to do and how to get this done with the immediacy I needed. The medical assistant was very thorough AND kind, even though it was a busy Friday afternoon he was able to move things along quickly without making me feel rushed. The doctor was the same: she was thorough AND kind, timely without making me feel rushed!!
I went to Concentra to obtain my med card as the final step to obtaining my class A CDL license. My appointment couldn’t have went smoother. The staff there was fast, friendly, and professional. They made me feel like more than just a number and I’m sure they will do the same for you.
I was greeted/acknowledged upon entering the building! The wait was minimal. The technicians are the definition of professional, understanding, courteous, and welcoming! These ladies are the Bee's knees!!! Literally 4 technicians said have a great day on my way out!
