  Jackie at The Steele creek location was AWESOME!!! I was not planning on buying a mattress, I was just along for the ride with a friend. Not only did my friend buy 2 mattresses and a adjustable bed frame.. I ended up buying one as well!! She was so cool and down to earth and just so pleasant. She didn’t sugar coat nor did she make us feel any pressure! She made literally 4 hours of mattress shopping so much fun!!!

  Richard was our salesperson and he was very helpful and in tune to his job. We came first to him and he cared for our needs in the perfect mattress and in our financial needs. Would recommend visiting this Mattress Firm if you want expert advice and great assistance.

  Highly recommend this store, had such a great experience! I went there on the recommendation of a friend who also had a wonderful experience. Both representatives at the front were so welcoming and Jackie walked me through buying a new mattress and made it absolutely effortless. Worked with me on price point, was patient when I went back and forth between two models, got me a great deal! Definitely go in and see them if you're in the market for a new bed :)

  We gave sales rep Richard our budget and desired comfort level and he took it from there! We were literally there all of 10mins and we were blown away that we got a dream bed with superb comfort and an adjustable base within our budget! Richard didn't try to price up he wanted us to have what WE NEEDED!
  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  The staff at this location was amazing! My husband and I visited another location a week before and were less than impressed with the service we received. Upon walking into the Rivergate location, we were immediately greeted by Felicia who was ready to assist us. She had a very in-depth knowledge of the products and all of there features. She also was able to find a mattress that had the perfect amount of comfort for both my husband (prefers firm) and myself (prefers plush). We never felt rushed and she answered any questions we had and took the time to make sure we got the right mattress and frame.
