(August 6, 2019, 11:17 am)Nice facility. The owner, Chris, was friendly and helpful. Rental rates we're good. Rent went up by $15 after 1 year, but still reasonable. The only issue we had was we experienced hundreds of dollars in mold damage. I don't see this mentioned by any of the other reviews, so I don't know if it's only a problem with us, but I felt I should mention it. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
