I met Dean accidentally after I got a flat tire. He pulled up next to me and made sure I knew that my tire was almost flat and that I should pull over as soon as I could. Then, to my surprise, he pulled into the parking lot behind me and offered to changed my flat. He took the time to explain the specifics of changing a tire on my SUV and made sure my spare was in good shape. He is genuinely a good person and I will be heading to Alliance for any auto body work I need in the future.

The owner is a very particular, detailed individual. He will go above & beyond to make sure that you get the best quality ever and he will not give your vehicle back until he has it looking almost perfect. I will be going to him again if I have any other issues in the future and I definitely will refer my friends and family.

I can’t say enough about Dean, and his outstanding work! When I brought my car into Alliance Auto I thought it couldn’t be repaired for less than 8,000 (a quote I received from another body shop) but Dean gave me hope!! He quoted me a price much lower than the previous quote and he Guaranteed that the parts and work would be long lasting. He was sure to update me throughout the entire process, he even sent pics midway through the job! Dean was sure to tell me what was best for my car and he was always honest and reasonable.
