  I had an awesome experience purchasing my car. I called Diamond Jims about a 2011 Ford Escape. As I live about 2 hours away I asked Andrew if he could check the car out for me to make sure all the bells and whistles were working before I drove that far. He went above and beyond to help me. After checking out the car he called me back and went over all the details. He walked me through how to apply online for my trade in. He even came to the dealership early the next day to meet me. I had no idea that I had asked to meet earlier than they opened, but he was nice enough not to say anything and just met me super early, so I could get back on time for work. Lizzy was super patient and even helped me deal with my insurance while trying to get my car added to the policy (my insurance wasn't being very nice but Lizzy had my back). To top it all off about half a week later I got my license in the mail. I had left it there and not even noticed, and they were nice enough to mail it to me. I just really appreciate all their help and professionalism. I was super nervous about buying a new car, and they really made me feel like they cared. Thank you for making this a great experience.

  We purchased a mini-van in August from Diamond Jim's. I wanted to "get-to-know" my new-used vehicle a bit before writing a review. Our experience at Diamond Jim's was great. Everyone we worked with was helpful and patient. They even gave each of my five kids a teddy bear to take home! So far our van is running well. (One of the two DVD players is not working which I didn't know until after purchasing.) It was fairly priced. I spent three months looking a mini-van and had a difficult time finding anything with a fair price tag. This van was the exception. Plus it has more features than I ever planned to have in our family vehicle. Happy with my purchase and with my experience.
