  Max A Sass kindly and gently walked our family thru the passing of both my aunt in 2020 and my uncle in June 2022. Marlowe was a great help to me in making arrangements, including Military Honors for my uncle. They are knowledgeable and resourceful and made the process smooth during a difficult time. I highly recommend them for anyone needing these services during a time when compassion and understanding is critical.

  When a family member passes, there is an awful lot to process. Emotions and feelings are strong and sometimes things can feel out of control. One of the first front end pieces that happen is the planning for the deceased funeral arrangements. When my mom passed were were told by friends that the people at Max A. Sass were outstanding to work with.
  We found that out to be true for ourselves. From the start, the staff were very respectful, professional, compassionate, understanding and patient as our family worked through the emotions and confusion. They offered clarity and helped us as we discussed the process and the many decisions we had to make. I can not speak about other funeral providers, but I am able to about Max A. Sass. At the time when families are struggling and have many difficult decisions to make, it was extremely comforting to have their staff paying attention to all of the small details and helping us through this important time.

  Our Family has ALWAYS used Max Sass whenever their services are required. They have done my Father, uncles, aunts, grandmother, my brother and now, my Mother. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate their “above and beyond” service is to us.
  
  My mother had passed on a cruise ship and when it came time for her remains to be shipped to Wisconsin for burial, she missed the connecting flight! Max Sass STAYED there and waited for the next flight to come in. They rallied for us for the cargo department to stay “open”, passed their closing time, in order for Max Sass to retrieve her. This was a Friday night and the cargo department is closed over the weekend. We were able to inter her on Saturday morning and flew back home to Texas that day. Had it not been for Max Sass and their wonderful team, we would have had to wait til Monday and my mother would have sat in a cargo bay over the weekend.
  
  I would use no other competitors when their services are needed. They are kind, compassionate and became our voice in our time of need. Thank you cannot express the true gratitude Our family has for Max Sass. I highly recommend them.

  We cannot thank Max A. Sass & Sons for taking such wonderful care of our family during such a hard time. The attention to details and support they gave us and in honoring my father and brother's memories was the best. Their care continued after the funeral and we are grateful for the wonderful people they are.

  There are no words to express how Jim Sass, Sara and Elizabeth took care of our family in our time of loss.
  Having never experienced making arrangements like this they treated us with care, dignity, respect and compassion.
  The entire staff made what is a very difficult time go so smoothly.
  I will never forget all that Max Sass & Sons did for us.
