  Been going for about 3 months seeing Dr. Karen Sclafani.. I'm usually in and out within 30-45 minutes. As soon as I get there the staff does what they have to do. They treat me good.. Absolutely no complaints with the staff.
  I'm very happy with Horizon Healthcare Oak Creek.

  I have been going to Horizon Healthcare for 5yrs now There were problems at the beginning, but lately I have been seeing Mark Bender PA and things have been much smoother now. You can tell he listens to your opinions and concerns; Encourages you to ask questions; Explains things in ways you understand. When I first became a patient w-horizon, I often had to wait a 20 min- half hour in the office for a doctor to get to their home computer... Mark Bender is VERY PROMPT so that is wonderful!!
