  The Property Manager Alex is a absolutely a pleasure to be around. I'm writing my review on behalf of the Customer service I experienced with this manager. My mother had a stroke a couple of years ago and had to move her household stuff into 2 10x15s because she could no longer maintain her home. The rent started to become too much for her and when she came in to pay her bill Alex offered to help move all of her stuff into a 10x30 which saved her over 200 bucks on rent,and when my mother offered her money she said no. She is truly a wonderful person and has a heart of gold. If you come here to rent I hope you have the pleasure of being helped by Alex. Thank you SO much for what you did for my mother. You deserve a raise!

  When I first visited Public Storage Alex was very helpful and she gave me many options to work with and today I got my storage and I'm very happy. She is a very exceptional in customer service.
