  MetroPCS has always been a great value. The new T-Mobile plans, however, seem even better. They include more high-speed data. This change makes watching YouTube and Ted Talks a practical reality. Anytime training at last!
  
  This store has courteous and knowledgeable staff. During my visit, Fred was awesome. He helped another customer and then upgraded my monthly plan. We finished in minutes.

  Went to this location this afternoon to get new devices to replace our HORRIBLE Verizon prepaid phones. The two gentlemen there were very friendly, helpful, and patient. They needed info for my phone I didn't have (account number) handy, so they called Verizon, and as anyone who has/had them knows, it took forever to reach an actual person. After 20 minutes, they apologized to me for it taking so long even thou it wasn't their fault. After that, the switch over was very quick and easy. Yea, they tried to sell me other things, but that's their job. Overall, Their service is what I found to be outstanding here. Thank you!
