“Dr. Kravit has been such a life saver for me. Since being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and being treated by her regularly, I've never felt better mentally in my life. I tell people that for the first time possibly ever, I feel like this is what "normal" feels like. When I was going through a hard time at home, she was there for me immediately and made herself available so that I could see her more frequently while I was going through it. I don't know how I would've progressed without her. I've never had a provider so accommodating, and she's so much more than a therapist! Definitely works as more of a coach, which I love! She listens, but she gives me an action plan after my appointments for whatever we discussed so that I can actually work on it outside of our sessions. She's very knowledgeable and so understanding, but I like that she does more than just listen. She gives me true feedback and really gets to the root of the issues I'm discussing. I've seen so much improvement in myself, my work life, and my home life and I really attribute a lot of it to the help she has given me along the way. She also diagnosed 2 of my sons with ADHD, which has been eye opening and we've seen such improvement with them since their diagnosis. I truly cannot recommend her enough!”
