“I had my initial infusion on October 2nd and on that day I felt better. The next day, I got out of bed with no problem and actually had motivation for the first time in years. I had two infusions that week then one each week for the next four weeks, then three weeks out and the next one is 5 weeks out. Since then, I've been practicing yoga 4-5 days per week, go grocery shopping, spend time with friends, quit whining and it seems that my fibromyalgia pain has calmed way down. My brain isn't as scattered as it used to be and I've become alert, more calm, with less anxiety. It feels like someone breathed life into me and I feel like a whole person. I'm thankful I found Dr. Kane and Ketamine Milwaukee. He has a great staff and I really look forward to my treatments not only because they help me, but I get to escape from myself for a while. It's a nice ride. One last thing. I'm on a fixed income. The treatments are a bit pricey, but I always make it work. Credit cards are good. I really couldn't care less how much they cost because you can't put a price tag on feeling well and having a life.”

“I've been Jim's patient for 30 plus year's. He was the only doctor that figured out what was wrong with me.. I had seen close to 20 doctor's before Jim, and all they did was give me pills and say when you feel the symptoms coming on take a pill. The problem was I never knew when the symptoms were coming on my mind didn't give me any notice. When I went to Jim the first-time he listened to me and told me what I had. He was young and at first I thought he was making something up just to shut me up. I ended up in the hospital for a couple week's and Jim ran all kinds of test and the results came back saying what Jim had told me I had a chemical imbalance, depression and panic/anxiety disorder. I've been on medication since and will be for the rest of my life. If not for Jim I truly believe I would not be alive today he saved my life, just when I was going to give up.”

We live the team approach and the fact that we don't have to leave the inside of the building to get all the services we need. Having the Smallstones Wellness Center, deli, lab, pharmacy, Quality of Life Center in close proximity to the treatment clinics is very helpful. Art Therapy really helped me cope better with cancer. I look be doing the puzzles! They have them on tables in every clinic! They are a greatly calming distraction.”
