Yet, I want to say i finally just said " I'm dome with their service... I am switching to metro" Omy way somewhere today... I happened to stop at this boost location... I wasn't in the store for more than 15min when I received complete 210% customer satisfaction... The gentlemen that took care of me i believe his name was Omar... Man i must say, great customer service, very helpful, fast and super respectful... Did what everyone else tried to see if the could do... All under 15min... “After being told by various shops around Milwaukee that it would be 4-8 weeks before anyone could service me bike, I came across Ben’s. I called them and explained my problem with my derailleur alignment and asked how many weeks out they were. To my surprise I was told if it’s just adjustment, about two hours and if more is needed about 9 days. Awesome news to hear alone. I threw my Colnago in my car and drove it to there shop less than an hour before closing, expecting to leave it there. I was greeted at the door and explained my issues. A gentlemen took it back to their service area and 5 min later came back and asked I take it around the block. Instantly it rode like new again, and when I asked was there anything else I should schedule service wise, I was told that the bike is in real good shop overall. Just to wipe it down. Honest answer which was much appreciated. I went from waiting a couple months to having my bike fixed in 5 minutes. No charge on this quick adjustment, but I will definitely be coming back for any service or cycle needs!! Thank you!”

“Recently I I had to put my dog (Molly) in the hands of the WHS. Molly and I have been together for 8 years she has hepled me through some hard times she was given to me be cause her owner didn’t want her. She has always had to protect herself from harm so she became a protector for me she was stubborn and bossy. I loved her she was my baby, When she got sick I couldn’t bare to see her suffer so I handed her over to WHS. What I liked most is the young lady that did the intake understood how much pain it caused me to hand her over she did her best to make us feel better about this really hard decision we were making. I love Molly and if they were able to save her and I never see her again I would be happy with knowing she was no longer suffering. Thanks to WHS for caring for my Molly♥️”

“This place is by far the most convenient scrap yard I've ever used. Drive in weigh your vehicle dump your scrap in a pile re-weigh walk up to the window and get paid. Pretty sure they only do sheet iron. I was there a month ago and got $110 a ton. A week before that it was $145.”

“We were shopping for a duel fuel range, met Vinnie and he asked what our needs were and immediately we started to look at the various ranges in his large showroom. He knew details about the many ranges we looked at while not researching information in a catalog. We bought a Cafe Slide In Range & a Broan Down Draft System from him and it was installed by very professional folks by the name of Paul & Lou. They spent 8 hrs at our home, cleaned up the area in which they worked and everything looked great again in the kitchen by the time they left. .The range is wonderful.
