Since for the past 2 days now, i have had one of the most frustrating and unsatisfying service with not 1 but 3 different customer service representatives... Yet, I want to say i finally just said " I'm dome with their service... I am switching to metro" Omy way somewhere today... I happened to stop at this boost location... I wasn't in the store for more than 15min when I received complete 210% customer satisfaction... The gentlemen that took care of me i believe his name was Omar... Man i must say, great customer service, very helpful, fast and super respectful... Did what everyone else tried to see if the could do... All under 15min... “After being told by various shops around Milwaukee that it would be 4-8 weeks before anyone could service me bike, I came across Ben’s. I called them and explained my problem with my derailleur alignment and asked how many weeks out they were. To my surprise I was told if it’s just adjustment, about two hours and if more is needed about 9 days. Awesome news to hear alone. I threw my Colnago in my car and drove it to there shop less than an hour before closing, expecting to leave it there. I was greeted at the door and explained my issues. A gentlemen took it back to their service area and 5 min later came back and asked I take it around the block. Instantly it rode like new again, and when I asked was there anything else I should schedule service wise, I was told that the bike is in real good shop overall. Just to wipe it down. Honest answer which was much appreciated. I went from waiting a couple months to having my bike fixed in 5 minutes. No charge on this quick adjustment, but I will definitely be coming back for any service or cycle needs!! Thank you!”

“A bright, cheery restaurant with a lovely vibe and is much bigger on the inside than it looks. The service was wonderful. There are fresh flowers on every table. And the food. Omg. We had the Korean BBQ Breakfast Bowl, Blackened Chicken Avocado Sandwich, and shared a short stack of Redeye Coco Pancakes. Everything was absolutely delicious! The BBQ bowl was bursting with flavor and the pancakes are the best I've ever had. I highly recommend!”

I am glad I chose Master Garage. Excellent place to get my trk repaired. Alex is honest and took the time to listen my concerns on truck. He and his mechanics fixed truck fast and efficiently. “Recently I I had to put my dog (Molly) in the hands of the WHS. Molly and I have been together for 8 years she has hepled me through some hard times she was given to me be cause her owner didn’t want her. She has always had to protect herself from harm so she became a protector for me she was stubborn and bossy. I loved her she was my baby, When she got sick I couldn’t bare to see her suffer so I handed her over to WHS. What I liked most is the young lady that did the intake understood how much pain it caused me to hand her over she did her best to make us feel better about this really hard decision we were making. I love Molly and if they were able to save her and I never see her again I would be happy with knowing she was no longer suffering. Thanks to WHS for caring for my Molly♥️”
