Ignite Medical Resort Oak Creek

I was recommended to Ignite Medical Resort Oak Creek and they had been amazing!! Very knowledgeable, careful, sweet, and thorough! They had done so much to help even in just a short amount of time!! So happy to have them helping me and being able to see such huge improvements consistently.

It’s really 4 and a half stars. A few minor hiccups in the beginning of my stay, but by the end everything was ironed out. There were some aides that were a bit short with me, but Adam the director of nursing assured me that he would handle it. Having worked in nursing I knew that a little retraining should do the trick. Dustin and Meg were very nice. We talked about my love for art and my teaching of special needs students. Christina the aide was wonderful, and Orlando from the kitchen was very kind too. All of therapy and nursing did great. Thank you so much for all of your efforts. You made my stay at Ignite very special.

The food can sometimes be a little cool, but talked to Head Chef and he said that he’d make sure that was fixed for me. I’m really enjoying my stay here. My friend had been here for a month and told it it was very nice. I know that’s true now. Lynette the nurse is wonderful at what she does. Therapy is very good here, and I’m doing well. I can’t wait to go home though, to see pebbles my dog.

A couple of minor things that could be better. I need to ask for brown sugar for my oatmeal or butter for toast when my food comes around. I’d prefer it just come with it. Other than that, there is a consistent rate of help and therapy. They do a good job. I seldom need to wait long for somebody to assist me, and I appreciate that.
