Their customer service is spot on, appointments are easy to make and their quarterly service is perfect for our needs. After a one-time initial treatment inside and out, The service comes once a quarter to do the perimeter of the house. Their work is covered by their "warranty" so if you see any pests in the meantime, they will send someone out to do spot control at no extra charge.
The guys who have been to the house have always been professional and courteous.
