(April 2, 2019, 10:46 am)I’m giving them 5 stars in anticipation of the completion of one minor issue we had with where the top of our carpeted stairs meets the floor above. Erica, Berry, Dave and other members of Berry’s crew were great! We needed our basement re-carpeted after a sump pump failure and Erica swooped in to save the day! She was very in tune with the insurance process and understood exactly our need to stay within the price range we were working with. She took very detailed measurements and was very communicative about the entire process. Dave called as soon as we placed our order and said they could actually install in a few days! Berry came in and replaced all of the baseboards and carpeting with some very maticulous cuts around octagonal columns. Everything turned out great- except for that pesky top stair but they are coming to complete it when the piece comes in. The whole job took about 9 hours (two half days). Very quick and looks great!

From consultation to completion of the job, my wife and I were very satisfied with both the quality of the product and the install. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

(January 28, 2019, 3:33 pm)I never had to leave my house. Dave brought samples and suggested colors that would look good. He helped us pick a product that would be good for pets. The installation was fast and done with amazing quality. The result is a beautiful floor. Durable and easy to clean!

Loved that they came to my house with a streamlined, appealing selection of samples, as opposed to the overwhelming amount of choices in flooring stores. They explained the process, next steps, etc., very well. The communication was great from start to finish. Install dates were honored, the installer was on time and ours in particular, Jason, was tremendous. The company follow-up actions to ensure my satisfaction were great too!! I have no doubt that if I'd had an issue, which I didn't, they would have made it right. I highly recommend this company overall. I'll try to add some photos next time I'm home.
