First Supply

After calling Koehler for the part# of a toilet gasket, they directed me to First Supply in Oak Creek. First Supply claimed they had four in stock. When I got there , they couldn’t find one. They promised one will be there the next day. Called and not in and had no clue what I ordered. Suggested that the next day it would be in. Called again, placed on hold for 5 mins. After finding it , I went to pick up . No apologizing for the delay and confusion. Terrible service. Then found out could have had it faster through Amazon.

I would like to say that after my poor rating, the manager quickly contacted us and sincerely apologized. They also sent us a gift card which was very thoughtful and appreciated after my experience. I would try them again, since very close to us.
