They brought out the food fast and everything was very delicious and not very pricey which was a plus. The music was pretty awesome. Overall we had a great time. “Can you fit 11 pounds In a 10 pound sack? That's exactly what we did at Jim Dandy's unable to accommodate a large reservation, we squeezed our large group into a small space. Stealing chairs from all around we were able to all sit and enjoy one of the best fish frys around. Their fried cod left nothing to the imagination. Definitely a winner in every form of the word.”

“EDIT: I originally posted this as a one star, however; the manager reached out to me about my bad experience and offered to make it right. It always impresses me when management care enough to better individual customer experiences. It really shows that its about the people and not just the business. I have since gone back and had a very pleasant experience. I will be back again as i feel that this staff values their customers and works to make sure that they have the great experience that they expect I visited this location today and ordered a club. I was asked for no mayo and mustard. I made sure to say again no mayo when they read the request back to me. I now got home only to open my sandwich to see that it is loaded with mayo. So much, that i dont think ill be able to wipe it off enough to eat.”

“I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and the meatloaf dinner. I opted for the rice pilaf as the side. Shortly, when the server walked up with my order in hand; my eyes became as big as the food on the plate. I became so overwhelmed I forgot to take a picture of the behemoth sitting before me. A generous side of rice pilaf sat beside what appeared to be a mountain of onion rings, which were cascading the two giant hunks of meatloaf. The meatloaf was further guarding a mound of mashed potatoes and gravy. The dish had great flavor. I ordered a slice of peanut butter silk to finish my dining experience. The peanut butter silk wasn't too rich, it had a smooth even flavor. The silk pie did seem to have been stored in colder temperatures though, I can let it go. When I paid for the meal, I didn't even look at the total. I was amazed when I received the final receipt. This place has great pricing and a friendly staff in a warm atmosphere.”
