  My girlfriend and I rented a Shorewood apartment from Pech Properties. The apartment was well maintained and had a recently updated kitchen. Chelsea from the Pech office and the property manager Rene were great and took care of any issues within 24 hours of us notifying him. The online rent paying option is a nice feature and each renter can send their portion of the rent with ease. Also the exit process is simple and within two weeks we had almost all of our deposit back (they give you a checklist of things to clean before leaving the apartment).

  I have rented from multiple companies on the Eastside of Milwaukee and Pech Properties has been by far the easiest to work with. Renee is the best handy man to fix things and any complaints are handled in a timely manner. I have often struggled with pet arrangements in previous apartments but pet fees have been more than fair with Pech properties .

  The best company I've ever rented from.. I've had a couple issues since I've been living here for the last couple years, and they have always showed concern and helped out immediately. DeeDee and Dave are the best property managers and always go above and beyond.

  We have lived in our apartment for over 4 years and have had great experiences with Pech Properties. They are quick to respond with maintenance requests and we find a great value in our location and in our building. I would highly recommend renting with them.
