  Through the recommendation of the property management firm that we are using for a building a Trust owns, we came to Cream City Insurance and worked with Jerad. Wow, I have never received such a clear presentation from an insurance company. We not only received a paper quote, but also an 11 minute video which walked us through the quote (as we are not local). It was great as we could review it and understand that he was recommended a company with an excellent Best rating, that would meet or exceed what we currently had for a savings of $3,300 a year. On top of that he took the time to answer all of my questions, took the initiative to provide me with an apples to apples easy presentation, and did everything he needed to win our business. (By the way we absolutely love the property managers that we use who recommended us to Cream City as well in. case you need. a great property manager- AllSet). It is great when you have a phenomenal team helping one protect one's asset.

  Working with Cream city has been nothing short of amazing. Jerad is unbelievably professional, and the entire staff. Jerad and Brian are highly knowledgeable and always prepared to answer any questions. They follow up right away with any concerns and are super efficient. It’s only been a pleasure to work with cream city.

  I had a very good experience at this Agency. Steve Shaughnessy was very helpful helping me find the right coverage I needed for my auto and home. Even saved me a few bucks which is very helpful to me! He was also very good at explaining the whole business to me as I had a few questions regarding the changes I was making. Also he sent me printed out copies of the policies and the information card for my car as my home computer is not working and neither is the printer and I am working off my IPad. I also had questions about my current payment and he was kind enough to check and again explain to me what was being paid for. He was very quick to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. I would recommend him to my friends anytime! Thank you again!

  Steve did an Awsome job at finding me a better insurance deal with good coverage for my auto and home insurance. He was able to save me some money which helps me as I am retired and on a fixed income. Everything was done in a timely manner and he was able to help me through the online paperwork, which an oldie like me doesn’t always understand! Again many thanks to Steve. I know now that if I have any questions I can call on him to help.

  Prior to connecting with this agency, I did not know what I didn't know about insurance needs for a small start up company. They educated me in a helpful and valuable way. I am now more secure knowing that I am legally protected in the event the unexpected occurs.
