They proactively communicate things such as appointment reminders, updates to any policies (especially relevant in today’s world), and more. Once there, they do a fantastic job of explaining what they plan to do ahead of time, along with while they are doing it. To me, it’s the little things and great communication that makes Tosa Dental stand out. The facility is very clean and welcoming as well. They have a great, friendly staff from the front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Allmann herself.
