  I love the convenience of Panera for a quick bite to eat, an afternoon coffee, or a place to meet with friends. This location in particular has great, varied seating options to accommodate everyone, including groups. I have used this location for meetings and even for just a spot to get a little work done outside the home office. The food and drink options are varied and never disappoint. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

  New cashier with happy, kind, cheerful trainer at her side. It was a joy to watch her kindness and patience with her. Great customer service from beginning to end. A smile and a cheerful word goes a long long way in today’s world. Thank you for a great eating experience. The food and coffee was hot, fresh and delicious!

  Dispite being stuck in drive through, their service was great. They got their food out in a very timely manner and were polite and respectful. Their food was amazing and still warm, even after a 20 minute drive home.

  Amazing experience with Mary Caye Smith and the whole team at Firefly! As first time home buyers, we were guided through the process with patience, kindness, and most importantly outstanding knowledge. Mary Caye has really gone above and beyond for us. Can't say enough good about this company and its agents. Integrity and ethically sound values are not something that you expect from companies these days, but Firefly has over-delivered and surpassed all of our expectations!

  I worked with Carrie Fischer at Firefly Real Estate and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Carrie sat down with us and truly took the time to review what we were looking for. Carrie takes a no pressure approach and really puts the time in (we were up until 10:30pm in the office writing an offer/offer letter after viewing a house that we loved). At the end of the day it's who you work with and I would highly recommend Carrie to help you sell or find your new home!

  Working with Trish Collins at Firefly Real Estate was more than we could have asked for! She made the seemingly daunting experience as first time homebuyers well worth the journey. Trish has extensive knowledge of the market, the area, and homes in general. She was very patient with all our questions and throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent and she was also extremely timely in getting everything done as soon as possible. From accommodating to last minute requests for showings to writing offers well into the evening -- we ALWAYS felt like a priority to her. Trish found us the most perfect starter home and we couldn't have done it without her. I would recommend Trish Collins to anyone looking to buy or sell their home -- she's the best there is!

  My husband and I were first time home buyers and Kyle Sprague of Firefly Real Estate went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with such a big decision. Every question was answered and every step was well planned. Communication was effortless and we were always kept in the loop. He was very accommodating with our work schedules and considerate of our time.
