Her mindfulness and genuine love for others as well as for yoga shows from the minute she sees you until you leave the class. Crystal does a great job reading the room and tailors the classes to people’s requests/needs if they have any. She is respectful of boundaries but is also willing to manually assist and reposition people to help them get deeper into the pose or improve their postural alignment/form.
