  On the 23rd i went to Metro Pcs on 75th & Greenfield. To buy our 4th MetroPCS phone and to replace my
  Broken phone. The lady there was fine. I had to come back n forth 3times that day for issues. I dealt with the lady one time the rest of times I dealt with the GUY DURING EVENING HOURS. I've actually dealt wish him a couple months ago as well. I have to tell you THAT GUY IS A COMPLETE JERK , COMPLETELY RUDE, WITH A SERIOUS LAZY BADDDD ATTITUDE!!### he never answers the phone! I called there for at least 15-20 minutes two days in a row ,when he was working, and he didn't answer the phone I had to drive over there and he was there were No customers& I live two blocks from there so it wasn't a long drive. the guy was rude the guy was short with me the guy was GETTING very irritated with me and didn't wahtbto help me out. I swear it look like he hated his job nonetheless he didn't even know how to do anything he kept telling me TO COME BACK ON Monday to have the LADY fix it! which I thought was RIDICULOUS!!! I want to fix IT THAN...on Friday I bought a brand new phone and I wanted to use it RIGHT NOW! NOT IN 3 DAYS. then I got overwhelmed with his ridiculous negative horrible customer service so I finally went home and called the 800 number for repairing phones AND they TOO were very short with me ! they did NOT want to replace my phone and they told me to go to a service place, .... which I was just at DAMNIIT!!! I was no longer going to go to thTHAT FRICKENijerk on 75th and Greenfield in West Allis EVER AGAIN, and im telling my friends and family do NOT GO TO 75TH metro pcs STO2RW!!!!

  I decided to go to MetroPCS on 92nd and Greenfield in West Allis. Im so relieved and happy that I did!!! Thank the lord for ZIGGGY!!!!!
  
  The best customer service representative I have ever DEALT WITH!! .. ((Seriously, without any EXAGGERATING)) .. ZIGGY from the second I walked in had a AWESOME attitude AND a smile on his face!!!! ZIGGY went out of his way to help me with every single issue I had(and trust me I had a *doosey* headache of issues ---poor Ziggy)
  
  I had 3 METRO pcs phones... my brand new one, my broken one, and my fiance's phone!! trying to do all the little things that I needed on which was a lot granted this was a huge headache but I would think Metro PCS has trained FOR THIS..
  
  THIStL store on 92nd and Greenfield everybody should go to , it was amazing SERVICE! go there when ZIGGY is there!!!.. ZIGGY HELPED ME FIGURE OUT THE 3 Billings situation he also instead of having me do it HE called the 800 number to report my broken phone he SET it up he went through all the stuff... HE EXPLAINED TO ME step-by-step telling me WHATS GOING ON.... I spent ON Friday I WOULD say 25minutes there and he GLADLY FIXED every single problem!!
  
  I'VE been back to the 92nd store 3times for little things.. And again ZIGGY gladly helped me out!
  .I can't tell you enough how I appreciate the quality , experienced, friendly service that i received from ZIGGY at your 92nd &Greenfield !!!!!
