Klode Park

Stopped here for the first time. I had one of the best picnics ever! Picturesque lake and bluffs! Along with a path to a beach and kayaking!! Well done North Millwaukee, Wisconsin!!

Beautiful view of the lake, great for a sunrise visit. Nice beach area and a playground for the kids. My favorite neighborhood park to visit.

Klode is a great little park. There's a decent sized playground, A couple of tennis courts, lots of green space, and a path down to the beach. It's a stoney beach, but a great place to swim. It's usually pretty quiet.

This place was so beautiful. It reminded me of looking at the Pacific. You do have to walk down a very steep or winding walkway or walk down a bunch of steps. But, it's so worth it. There are opportunities to take pictures overlooking this majestic body of water. In July the water was still really cold. But, it's very peaceful.

I have been coming here from Minneapolis for 26 years. Klode park holds a very special place in my heart. Always clean and beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.
