“Dr. Kravit has been such a life saver for me. Since being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and being treated by her regularly, I've never felt better mentally in my life. I tell people that for the first time possibly ever, I feel like this is what "normal" feels like. When I was going through a hard time at home, she was there for me immediately and made herself available so that I could see her more frequently while I was going through it. I don't know how I would've progressed without her. I've never had a provider so accommodating, and she's so much more than a therapist! Definitely works as more of a coach, which I love! She listens, but she gives me an action plan after my appointments for whatever we discussed so that I can actually work on it outside of our sessions. She's very knowledgeable and so understanding, but I like that she does more than just listen. She gives me true feedback and really gets to the root of the issues I'm discussing.
