“Dr. Balcom is one of the best doctors I’ve encountered in a long time! I took my daughter to him for a second opinion after spending 9 months under the care of a pediatric urologist at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. In the 9 months at Children’s my concerns were ignored and my child suffered. I couldn’t believe the night and day difference I experienced with Dr. Balcom. I could tell Dr. Balcom truly cared and he took his time and did a very detailed exam. He then took a lot of time to explain things to me and even showed me images from my daughter’s ultrasound. He was so personable. I left the office feeling like we were a team and we were doing everything possible to get to the root of my child’s problem. I am so happy I found him and would tell anyone looking for a urologist for their child to see him! My daughter loved him too, she even said “I really like that doctor” as we were leaving :) He was just fantastic!”
