“I’m not entirely certain why the previous reviewer had such a terrible experience, but I cannot say enough good things about this Verizon store. I usually dread going to a Verizon store because I hate to feel like I’m getting swindled, but Sam, Jerise, Eddie, and Brittany all bent over backwards and went above and beyond to help me out, save me money, and make sure I understood all changes that were being applied to my account. This Verizon store is pretty small, and they did have to order my phone (I actually needed to get two new phones over the course of a week because of Apple weirdness), but it came in less than two days and they called me the second it arrived. If you’re trying to decide between going to another local Verizon store and this location, I would hands down recommend this one for a fantastic, non-stressful, and seamless experience (I live close by, but the Secure Parking Kenilworth Lot is actually right around the corner, too, if you don’t feel like dealing with street parking).”
